7 Morning Habits that Boost Your Brain Used by the Geniuses.

1) Remember Your Dreams.
Why do you want to Remember your Dreams? The reason is simple as you spend your day learning and working to solve problems in your work, in your life, and everything else, when you sleep, your doesn't stop. Your unconscious mind is till working on this problems. And you come with incredible insights and solution. The challenge in the morning with most people don't remember their dreams.
2) Make your Bed
The second thing do after Wake up Make your Bed. Clean environment is important for you. When you clean off your environment like clean off your desktop, bed,study table it give you a good feeling to you.
3) Drink a lot of Water
Yes, Drink a lot of water in the morning b'coz your brain is mostly 80 % water. A lot of people dehydrated use so much water, and it's so important for your brain to be hydrated.
How is that good for your brain?. As you brush your teeth with your opposite hand it actually creates mores neural inside your brain. Basically it Grow brain Cells while brushing your teeth.
4) Deep Breathing Exercises
B'coz if you want to boost your brain power, it's important to take notes. Plan your day and also to be able to write the that you're grateful for.Leonardo de Vinci, Einstein, Marie Curie. 6) Morning Workout
